We try to get most of our order shipped within 2-3 business day after receiving payment.Please understand many of our items are made to order, such as harnesses, muzzles, bite sleeves and collars.Please allow extra time for shipping these items, generally 5-10 business days after payment has been made and cleared. Also, when ordering weighted harnesses, these always have at least a two week wait, due to the high demand.

Credit Card Payments Credit card payments are only accepted online and are processed through paypal.Please note we can only ship to your confirmed address on paypal.If you have never used paypal before they will walk you through the process when checking out. Checks/Money Order payments If making payment with personal check your items will not be shipped until your payment has cleared the bank. International Orders
Please contact us via email at XtremeK9Supplies@aol.com if you are outside the United States and are planning on placing an order. The shipping costs on our website only covers the costs to ship within the United States. If you place an order online there will be additional shipping cost which we will send you a bill for through paypal. Your items will not ship until this additional shipping cost has been paid. Pleas note that if paying with your credit card through paypal your address must be confirmed, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses outside the United States under any circumstance. Also, you will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation by your Country. We have no control over these charges. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
Returns
If you have a problem with an item you ordered please contact us immediately after receiving to let us know. Depending on the circumstance we will either send the buyer a full refund or exchange the item. The Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost. Items that are returned for reasons other than manufacturer defect will have a 10% restocking fee.
Incorrect Delivery Address If the address provided by you is not a valid ship to address and the items are returned to us.You will need to re-pay the shipping cost before the item(s) will be re-sent. If you choose not to pay the additional shipping and opt for a refund that is fine, but you refund will be minus the original shipping cost paid and a 10% restocking fee.
